Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Omert, left President George W. Bush, and Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas address representatives from more than 50 counties and international organizations at the Annapolis Conference in the Naval Academy's Memorial Hall. Attendees included "the Quartet," made up of the United Nations, European Union, Russia and the United States; members of the Arab League Follow-on Committee, the Group of Eight major industrialized nations, permanent members of the U.N. Security Council, and other key international officials.
