UN Security Council members vote unanimously to adopt Res. 487 “strongly” condemning the 7 June Israeli attack on Iraqi nuclear installations near Baghdad
and calling on Israel to “refrain in the future from any such attacks or threats thereof.” The Council also expressed the view that Iraq was entitled to appropriate redress for destruction it suffered.
