Ibrahim Khraishi , Permanent Observer of Palestine to the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), addresses the United Nations Human Rights Council prior to its adoption of a resolution deciding to dispatch an independent, international fact-finding mission into the May 31, 2010 Israeli raid on a Gaza aid flotilla. The resolution deplored the loss of life in the raid and urged a lifting of the Gaza blockade.
